Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse online and click on any items you wish to purchase.

Remember there are no extras to pay for. Prices on our website are the only prices you pay.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards and direct payment into our bank account. See our ‘Payment Method’ section for more details

Reutrns
If your purchase is faulty and you want to return it, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order together with the original attached cards/stickers and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom made products and personalized items. The cost of returning an item is entirely that of the sender and will therefore not be refunded by Louda. Please refer to our ‘Return Policy’ for more details.

Reaching us
We aim to respond to your query within 48 hours with the exception of public holidays such as Christmas and Easter. During those times we will aim to respond with 48 hours of resuming work.
